RENTAL POLICIES

Setup: Customer agrees that the Rented Property will be installed at the address indicated on the Contract. Customer agrees that it is Customers responsibility, at Customer’s cost, to make sure that Customer has all of the necessary permits, licenses, and approvals to use the Rented Property at such location. Electrical power for use with rented property is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All rental prices are listed as one day rental.

Care and Use of Equipment: We ask that you exercise reasonable care of rental equipment and to protect same against loss by theft or destruction and lessee shall be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment, except for reasonable wear and tear. Except in the case of tent rental, the customer agrees to safely load, unload, transport, operate and store the Rented Property, and is the only one responsible for injury to Customer and/or others for its misuse or incorrect loading, unloading, transport, or storage. If any of the Rented Property becomes unsafe, the Customer agrees to immediately stop using it and notify All Season Party Rentals, LLC. The failure to return the rented property may subject customer to criminal prosecution. If Customer does not obtain the damage waiver, the customer must pay for all damage to rented property, which occurred after Customer took possession of rental property and prior to its return to All Season Party Rentals, LLC. If the Customer obtains the damage waiver, the Customer will not pay for damage due to an accident occurring during normal use of the rented property.

Risk/Warranty: All Season Party Rentals, LLC is not the manufacturer of, and gives no warranties with respect to the Rented Property.  The undersigned assumes responsibility for property damage and/or personal damage caused by the equipment and/or product.  Under no circumstance is All Season Party Rentals, LLC, liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use this product.  The customer knowingly, freely, and voluntarily waives any right that Customer’s insurance company may have to bring any type of action against All Season Party Rentals, LLC with respect to the rented property. All Season Party Rentals, LLC, makes no warranties, express or implied, oral or written, concerning the material/product(s) used.  All Season Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for attorney fees and costs if Customer does not abide by this contract, and we charge interest at the rate of 1% per month on all late payments. including cleaning charges and damage to the Rented Property and full replacement cost of the Rented Property, if lost, stolen, or seized.

Cancellation: Please cancel within fifteen (15) days of the event, else 50% of all deposits/monies paid to All Season Party Rentals, LLC, by Customer before the time that the rented property is rented out, will be forfeited to All Season Party Rentals, LLC, regardless of the weather.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The customer agrees to pay 50% down-payment, with the balance due prior to delivery.
